About The Facilitator

CHENG GONG is a creative international consultant and pracademic passionate about researching and helping organizations solve their organizational knowledge and innovation management challenges in the digital transformation journey. She is doing a Ph.D. in knowledge management and innovation management at Bangkok University, Thailand. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance at SolBridge International School of Business and Korea Development Institution, South Korea, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Russian at Inner Mongolia University, China, and Kalmyk State University, Russia. She was a former Sino-Russian Education Program director and section chief of the foreign student affairs office at Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College. She received Young Author Recognition certificates during ITU Kaleidoscope 2020 and was inducted into BGS (Beta Gamma Sigma) for academic excellence in 2017. Her educational background and working practice in China, Thailand, South Korea, and Russia have given her a multidisciplinary and intercultural base from which to approach many topics.
